Very courteous staff. They are very supportive and helpful.I enjoyed the free coffee in the room..It was great.

Room had kitchenette. Big shower, looked like new. Spotless clean. Big comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast just around the corner with nice smily staff. You can go out in sleepers to get some food: teryaki noodles or kebab.What is also very important: two ladies at the Reception very helpfull and attentive,.naturally nice to each and everyone.. Reception staff is definitely an example for others to learn. Really nice experience.

the location was very nice.the staff and reception guys were fantastic.let say they were the plus point of the hotel. specially Yogor he helped us a lot. the breakfast was good. but not that much choice.

it was clean and in a really good location! Monastariki square was really close and the breakfast included was UNBELIEVABLE, so so yummy!!! I can not compliment the staff enough, especially the man who worked on reception - he was absolutely amazing and so helpful!

It was secure with its own passcode for the main building & there was always someone to greet us at reception. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL!It is next to a restaurant and shops etc but with the windows closed (we went in December) there was no noise and it didn’t keep us up at night but something to be mindful of if perhaps

That was great, the Staff was excellent and the suite was located in the right place where everything you need is around you, The Artisan Suite is perfect for your short-term vacation and the Acropolis is just 10 minutes away by a walk, I lived in Artisan suite for a few days then I rented an apartment because I wanted to live longer in Athens, but Artisan Suite was great

It is in the center, walking distance from all sight-seeing places. A variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and rooftops. The suite is very spacious, as if you are in your own apartment. Well prepared with all facilities you may need.

Room with terrace was great, so big and the location is wonderful. It was near the metro station and historical places.Reception was helpful. Coffee, room cleaning service everyday if you want, water, and kitchen needs if you want to cook. Netflix, big sofa, clean and comfortable bathroom. Restaurants, tavernas, markets were near our hotel.When you will stay here, you can walk everywhere you want.Thank you...
