"The perfect staff, location & apartment for our family"

It was secure with its own passcode for the main building & there was always someone to greet us at reception. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL!It is next to a restaurant and shops etc but with the windows closed (we went in December) there was no noise and it didn’t keep us up at night but something to be mindful of if perhaps

the location was very nice.the staff and reception guys were fantastic.let say they were the plus point of the hotel. specially Yogor he helped us a lot. the breakfast was good. but not that much choice.

That was great, the Staff was excellent and the suite was located in the right place where everything you need is around you, The Artisan Suite is perfect for your short-term vacation and the Acropolis is just 10 minutes away by a walk, I lived in Artisan suite for a few days then I rented an apartment because I wanted to live longer in Athens, but Artisan Suite was great

Very good hotel.. central location - easy to reach out most of Athen's attractions.. Room is with good space, good furniture and well equipped with all what you may need.. Staff are helpful and understanding.

The property was in the perfect location if you are a young bunch because the area really comes alive at night timeReally really close to the metro and short distance to the AcropolisMy mom and i really enjoyed our stay here, the breakfast was average i think there should be an option upgrade your meal even if its at an extra charge just so you have optionsThe 3 ladies working reception are really lovely, so welcoming so helpful, really appreciated the customer service we received

Room with terrace was great, so big and the location is wonderful. It was near the metro station and historical places.Reception was helpful. Coffee, room cleaning service everyday if you want, water, and kitchen needs if you want to cook. Netflix, big sofa, clean and comfortable bathroom. Restaurants, tavernas, markets were near our hotel.When you will stay here, you can walk everywhere you want.Thank you...
